Thanks to Denise Trombino!!!! We did the People Search getting to know you activity and it was a hit! It really broke the ice and helped familiarize the students with each other's names and helped us in that area as well! Looking forward to using the strategies next.
I am delighted to know that the activity worked well. It is a great idea to build relationships during the first few weeks of school. Once that occurs, the content lessons follow nicely.
